Cooler Master has been hitting CES with a storm of new products, having already shown their new MasterAir Maker CPU cooler, the first retail CPU cooler to ever use 3D Vapor chambers, and their all new custom water cooling gear.

Now Cooler master has shown us a few new chassis designs from their new Maker Range, with the MasterCase maker 5 and the MasterBox 5, both of which can be modified with a selection of parts that Cooler Master will make available over the next few months.

While both of these new cases may have a few similarities, both of them are designed to tackle two different niche areas in the PC market, with the  MasterCase Maker 5 being designed for silence with sound deadening materials and for deeper levels of customization and the MasterBox being designed for the be more airflow oriented, as well as being more affordable.

What cooler master have also got to show us is their new MasterWatt Maker Power supply, a new PSU which offers 80+ Titanium Efficiency, delivering 94% efficiency with their new Exclusive 3D Circuit design.

One other major feature of their new MasterWatt power supplies is their new Master Connect software, which can monitor all key parameters of your power supply from your PC or an easy to use Windows, Android or iOS app through Bluetooth, delivering functionality that is similar, if not more advanced, than Corsair’s Link software.

Cooler master are looking to completely redefine their brand and create both a product stack and a community that is highly efficient and highly modifiable. Which is hopefully something that we will see come to fruition when these products come to market.

What we love about PCs in the ability of us builders to really make it our own, either thought direct modification or meticulous detail when it comes to component selection and build quality. Hopefully Cooler Master has really taken this to heart when it comes to designing their cases, as if they have I see a very bright future for them.
