G.Skill have announced their new Sniper series kits, which show off an interesting new heat spreader design, obviously styled after a gun of some sort. The pictures really speak for themselves.

As you can see, the heatspreaders really do have a military theme going on. They would be ideal companions for Gigabytes G1 range, and I can see some serious rig envy at LAN parties if someone showed up with that combination.

The memory itself is ultra low voltage, with the ‘SR2’ kits running at just 1.25v with 9-9-9-24 timings. The kits come in both Black and ‘Metallic Army Green’ in a range of speeds, voltages, timings and capacities as can be seen in the chart below.

Hey guys, names Tom :) Been watching tom's reviews for about a month now, and I finally decided to make a forum account. Only just got back into pc's, and I'm looking to build a pc in June. Not a heavy gamer at the moment, but I used to be REALLY..and I mean REALLY!!! into BF2..and 2142. Got my BF2 with a PizzaHut deal haha ;)..however my Dell Dimension 5200 couldn't play it :( Just thought I'd pop in and say hi, and tell everyone how excited I am about BF3 :D:D:D:D
