Bethesda's E3 Showcase will take place on June 11th, with the company promising that tickets will be available soon. This event will open at 6:30pm PST, which will be 2.30am in the UK. 
 
It is likely that this showcase will be live streamed, so those that are unable to attend the event in person should be able to view it online either live or shortly afterwards.  
 
At E3 2017, Bethesda are most likely going to showcase Fallout 4 VR and Quake Champions heavily, though the developer is likely to announce some new games at the event.
