I personally went for a 2600K and a 580, but I went for an 850W. Are you OC'ing?
Noctua NH-D14 is a beast of a cooler, if you were overclocking, then that is a good choice.
For storage, WD Green's are easily the way to go, SSDs are unnecessary for storage. I can understand if you're worrying about loading times, but 2x SSDs is a huge waste.
You could easily cut out a few hundred pounds expenditure without losing any performance.
The trinity I used before on a friends build and it is an awesome cooler for what it is. I am not going mad on the oc. Prob aound the 4.5ghz mark. The Noctua would have fouled my ram and been problematic.

to give you an idea. popped in an n560gtx-ti to give you impression of grfx and will take some more pics once fathers day is over lol
Now using an ASUS MATRIX GTX580 for graphics (change happened a few weeks after initial build) and will be installing the OCZ RevoDrive hybrid SSD -100 GB + 1 TB hard disk tomorrow. Will remove at least 2 of the other ssds at that point and use the remaining one(s) as a scratch disc(s)

Interesting... a flash cache that is as big as the average SSD drive.
