Middle Earth: Shadow of War has made its gameplay debut, showcasing an updated version of the series’ iconic nemesis system and several new gameplay mechanics. 
 
In the video below Talion and Celebrimbor assault a fortress on the mountain valley of Seregost and challenge one of Sauron’s Overlords. Here the player utilises the power of the “new ring” to recruit followers and create new loyalties and rivalries during combat, taking the nemesis station to a whole new level.  

  

 

Shadow of War will act as a sequel to Middle Earth: Shadow of Mordor and will have the same protagonist, Talion/Celebrimbor, two characters that were fused together with each other in death. 

Below are the full PC system requirements for the game, requiring a 64-bit OS, a minimum of 8GB of RAM and a minimum of 60GB of storage space. GPU wise the GPU is listed as requiring a HD 7950 or a GTX 670 as a minimum,  with the game recommending a GTX 970 or 1060 for Nvidia users or an R9 290X or an RX 480 for AMD users.

Middle Earth: Shadow of War will be released on August 22nd on PC, Xbox One, PS4 and the Windows 10 store.
