The purity of the Sandra testing cannot be denied. Despite the underlying architecture being less restrictive on the Black than it was on the Extreme, Sandra returns identical results as our CPU is clocked exactly the same on both setups. If anything it highlights how clever the SiSoft benchmark is at separating each element from the rest of your system and testing it in isolation.
