Starting off with the eternally popular Vantage and the 290X DCUII already gains a march upon the reference card. Whereas the AMD offering was 46k/27k the ASUS is 46k/28k and 48k/30k when overclocked. 3000 points more in the Extreme test is a big gain to begin with.
