Gamers can now test Like a Dragon: Ishin’s new combat system
Like a Dragon: Ishin! now has a “Combat Demo” that’s available to play on PlayStation, Xbox, and PC (via Steam), allowing gamers to try out the game’s new turn-based combat system.
Like a Dragon: Ishin! is spin-off of the Yakuza (now called Like a Dragon) franchise that is set in 1860s Japan. The game is a remake of the original Like a Dragon: Ishin, which released exclusively in Japan. With the game’s Unreal Engine 4 remake, the game is moving to a new turn-based combat system, a new game engine, and a new global audiance.

We hope you enjoy this small taste of the intense and over-the-top action featured in Like a Dragon: Ishin! What if the famed hero of Japan’s restoration, Sakamoto Ryoma, had joined the era’s most infamous league of swordsmen, the Shinsengumi? Experience the answer for yourself in this historical epic.
On PC, Like a Dragon: Ishin! has system requirements that are much higher than Yakuza: Like A Dragon on the GPU side. Ishin recommends Nvidia’s RTX 2060 and AMD’s RX Vega 56, whereas Yakuza: Like a Dragon calls for an GTX 1060 3GB or an RX 580. CPU-wise, Like a Dragon: Ishin! appears to be less demanding than Yakuza: Like a Dragon, recommending lower-end AMD and Intel CPUs.
The good news is that most PC gamers should be able to run Like a Dragon Ishin! at 1080p 60 FPS or above, assuming that they have a relatively modern gaming system.
