EA has revealed that Star Wars Battlefront II’s Multiplayer Beta will start on October 4th, with the first two days of the beta being exclusive to those who Pre-order the game. This means that the public beta will start on October 6th, with the beta being open to PC, Xbox One and PS4.  

More details on this beta will be revealed at Gamescom, though it is already known that the beta will include the Naboo: Theed map in Galactic Assault mode and a Starfighter Assault mode. More maps and modes will be revealed at a later date.   

The game’s multiplayer beta will be available until October 9th, giving those with early access five days to play the game and the general public three days to play the game.

Before the game releases on November 17th, those who subscribe to EA or Origin Access on Xbox One and PC respectively will be able to play the game from November 9th onwards, though it is likely that these versions of the game will have limited functionality.
