Telltale Batman Shadows Edition remasters the classic with Noir graphics

The Shadow Edition of Batman: The Telltale Series brings a darker aesthetic to both seasons of Telltale’s interactive story, giving the game a noir look with mostly black/white visuals and carefully selected coloured highlights. The trailer below will show the game’s updated visuals in action. 

Telltale’s Shadows Edition update is available for $5/£4 for existing owners of Batman: The Telltale Series and Batman: The Enemy Within – The Telltale Series, while both games are available with the DLC pack for £23.99 on Steam and The Epic Games Store on PC. A Nintendo Switch release of the remastered series is also planned.  

The CRO of Telltale Games, Brian Waddle, has stated that Telltale fans should “stay tuned for more announcements in the coming months”, suggesting that the newly reformed studio has other projects in the works. 

Telltale fans may be glad to know that the PC version of The Wolf Among Us is currently available for free via the Epic Games Store.
