PC gamers can grab a free copy of Shenmue 3 for the next 24 hours

PC gamers are also getting free £10 vouchers for the Epic Games Winter sale

The Epic games Store’s Winter Sale has started, significantly reducing the cost of most games on the storefront, including recent released like Battlefield 2142, Far Cry 6, Jurassic World 2 and Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.  

For PC gamers, these deals are made even sweeter thanks to Epic’s free £10 vouchers, which can be applied to all games worth over £14.99. This reduced the price of games like Far Cry 6 from its already discounted £32.49 price (a 35% Discount) to £22.49 (a 55% discount). This discount will apply to all applicable purchases until January 6th. 

PC gamers will also be able to grab free copies of Shenmue III for the next 24 hours, with recent rumours suggesting that Epic Games will be giving away free games until New Years Day, which means that Epic’s going to be giving away 15 games between now and January 1st.

For new releases like the PC version of Final Fantasy VII Remake, Epic’s £10 discount makes the game absurd £69.99 price tag a somewhat more tolerable £59.99. That said, this discount is a temporary one, and it comes from Epic Games, not Square Enix.
