Tropico 4 is free on GOG for 2024’s Back to School Sale

PC gamers can now grab a free copy of Tropico 4 through GOG

The end of Summer has arrived, and to end things on a high note, GOG have started their Back to School Sale. Through this sale, up to 95% discounts are available, making now a great time to grab some PC gaming bargains. Additionally, GOG has made Tropico 4 available for free to GOG users until August 29th.

Tropico 4 is a strategy game where players act as “El Presidente” for a newly formed banana republic. The game is a management sim where players will rig elections, grow their local economy, and shape the future of their nation. While there are newer games in the Tropico series, this one is free, making it an ideal starting point for newcomers.

Tropico 4 features a full campaign with 20 missions across 10 maps. There is also a sandbox mode. Here players can set their own objectives and grow their nation how they see fit. Missions mode is great for learning the game. It is also helps players explore playstyles that they may not have otherwise considered.

PC gamers can grab their free copy of Tropico 4 through GOG here. All you will need is a free GOG account.
