Playground Games teases Forza Horizon 6 ahead of TGS showcase

Forza Horizon 6 will be set in Japan!

Playground Games has released an official teaser for Forza Horizon 6, confirming the game will be set in Japan. On Instagram, Playground Games has released a short video, revealing that the game will be released in 2026.

“The Horizon Festival is heading to Japan”, the post reads. The video showcases Mount Fuji, and the teaser has been released not long before Microsoft’s official Xbox Tokyo Games Show broadcast, which will be streamed today.

Microsoft has confirmed that Forza Horizon 6 will be an Xbox Play Anywhere title. At launch, the game will be available on PC and Xbox consoles. Currently, it is unknown if/when the game will be coming to PlayStation consoles.

2026 will be a big year for Xbox. With Forza Horizon 6, Gears of War: E-Day, and Fable, 2026 will be a good year for Xbox fans.
