Cooler Master has today announced their new MasterBox Lite 5 chassis, which offers a boatload of features while also coming in a compact form factor.

The MasterBox Lite 5 is an ATX case designed to be customised by its users, with room for up to three 120mm fans (or two 140mm fans) at the front of the chassis and a single fan at the rear of the chassis. At the front of the case, users will have the option to use one of three coloured trims, with the case coming with red, white and black at stock. Users will also be able to 3D Print their own trims or paint their stock trims for almost infinite customisation options.

Cooler Master also has 3D printable parts for the MasterBox Lite 5 that are available to download here. These files can be edited by users and customised to suit their preferences.

The front of the chassis is semi-clear, which will allow LED fans to be visible when used with this chassis, creating a similar effect that is seen in tempered glass-fronted cases.

Like many modern case designs, the Cooler Master MasterBox Lite 5 comes with a PSU shroud, which will allow users to managed their PC’s cables with ease. This chassis will also com with support for dual 3.5″/2.5″ drive bays as well as a single dedicated 2.5″ drive bay.

Water cooling wise, this chassis will support a 120mm radiator at the rear of the case or a 240mm/280mm radiator at the front of the chassis.

This new chassis will cost £44.99 in the UK and will be available at retailers before at the end of May.
