Corsair release their CARBIDE SPEC-OMEGA RGB chassis

Love it or hate it, Corsair’s new Carbide Spec-Omega chassis has proven to be a popular addition to the company’s case lineup, so much so that Corsair’s design teams couldn’t stop themselves from creating an updated version with integrated RGB illumination. This is the CARBIDE SPEC-OMEGA RGB!

The case shares most of the same features as the original Spec-Omega, adding a PSU shroud to the enclosure alongside two integrated HD series RGB fans and a front-mounted 54-LED RGB strip, all of which can be customised using Corsair’s iCUE software utility.

The SPEC-OMEGA RGB comes with the same smoked RGB side panel windows as it’s non-RGB counterpart, with the same custom front-panel window. Inside the chassis, Corsair has also integrated a Lighting Node Pro controller and a fan controller.

Inside the SPEC-OMEGA RGB, Corsair has left space for three 2.5-inch drives behind the motherboard tray and pace for two 3.5/2.5-inch drives within a removable hard drive caddy. At the front of the case, there is space for either three 120mm fans or two 140mm fans, giving users enough space for Corsair’s H110i and H150i AIO liquid coolers.

Corsair’s new SPEC-OMEDA RGB is now available from Corsair partnered retailers, with pricing starting at £139.99 un the UK with both all-black and black/white variants hitting store shelves.
