Gigabyte reveals their MZ30-AR0 motherboard for AMD EPYC processors

 
Gigabyte reveals their MZ30-AR0 motherboard for AMD EPYC 7000-series of processors, offering support for 16 DDR4 memory slots wth 8-channel 2666MHz memory. This motherboard will come in an EATX form factor, with board power coming from two 8-pin EPS power connectors and a 24-pin power connection. 
 
This motherboard features four full PCIe 3.0 16x slots, one 16x slot with 8x wiring and two dedicated PCIe 3.0 8x slots. This board will also come with four slimSAS 12Gb/s ports, which can be split into 16 total SATA 3.0 6Gb/s connections. This motherboard does not offer any form of onboard audio or USB 3.1 connectivity, which is common for server/workstation motherboards.

At this time Gigabyte has not released any pricing information on this new motherboard, though to say the least it is not designed for regular consumers.
