HP announce their OMEN X 35-inch 3440×1440 G-Sync display

 
HP has announced their new OMEN X 35, 35-inch 3440×1440 G-Sync display, offering a refresh rate of 100Hz and an 1800R curve. 
 
This display comes with a 21:9 aspect ratio and uses an AMVA panel, with a 4ms grey-to-grey response time and covers 100% of the sRGB colour space.  
 
 
The OMEN X 35 Curved Display adds a new level of realism and immersion for gamers. It is the first display from HP to offer NVIDIA G-Sync Technology and integrates the latest technologies for customers needing wide viewing angles and a smooth gaming experience.

This display offers a design that is effectively bezel free, making this display ideal for multi-monitor configurations. This monitor can be connected to using a DisplayPort 1.2 connection or an HDMI 1.4 connection, with only the DisplayPort connection supporting Nvidia G-Sync. This display also includes an integrated USB 3.0 hub, with three USB 3.0 connections on the display as well as a headphone hook.

The HP OMEN X 35 will release in March for the price of $1300. At this time is unknown if HP are working on a FreeSync equivalent.
