Nvidia plans to give away Watch Dogs Legion and a Geforce Now Subscription with RTX 30 series GPUs

Nvidia has officially revealed its RTX 30 series of graphics cards, and with them, Nvidia plans to bundle free copies of Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs: Legion and a year’s subscription to Nvidia’s Geforce Now game streaming service.

This bundle will be active from September 17th onwards, after the launch of Nvidia’s RTX 3080 graphics card. Specifications for the RTX 3080 and other RTX 30 series graphics card models are available here. At this time, it is unknown when this bundle period will end, though it is probable that this bundle period will be active for at least a month.

Nvidia’s Geforce Now gaming service allows gamers to access a Geforce cloud PC, which can stream supported PC games to a wide range of devices. These devices include Windows PCs, Chromebooks, Andriod phones/tablets, macOS products and Nvidia’s Shield devices.

Ubisoft’s Watch Dogs Legion will release on October 29th, and the game will launch with support for ray-traced reflections on PC as well as Nvidia’s DLSS 2.0 technology. These features will allow Watch Dogs Legion to both look better and run faster on compatible Nvidia hardware, thanks to the graphical enhancements of ray tracing and the performance-boosting nature of DLSS 2.0.

Nvidia’s RTX 3080 is due to release on September 17th, their RTX 3090 is due to launch on September 24th, and their RTX 3070 is scheduled to launch sometime in October. All three of these graphics card are expected to be part of Nvidia’s RTX 30 series game/streaming bundle.
