Thermaltake enters the high-speed DDR4 market with 4600MHz DIMMs with sub-£200 prices

Thermaltake has branched into the high-end memory market with its latest 4600MHz TOUGHRAM RGB DDR4 memory kits, offering users incredible speeds with “C19” timings and both black and white colour options.

Today, Thermaltake brought to our attention these modules are currently available for sub-£200 pricing for a 2x8GB kit, with eBuyer selling the white and black versions of these memory kits for £178.48 and £188.48 respectively. Not bad for 4000MHz+ RGB modules.

Thermaltake has confirmed to us that these DDR4 modules have validated support most major RGB software control systems, including ASUS Aura Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion, MSI Mystic Light and ASRock Polychrome RGB. These modules contain ten addressable RGB LEDs, each of which offers support for the full RGB spectrum of 16.8 million colours. Thermaltake also offers PC builders its own RGB control software with its RGB PLUS software, which can be downloaded on Thermaltake’s website.

Those who are looking for more value for money can look at Thermaltake’s 3600MHz TOUGHRAM RGB memory kits for around £100 for 16GB (2x8GB). These speeds are ideal for gaming on AMD’s Ryzen 3000 series processors and offer PC builders the same RGB features. Thermaltake TOUGHRAM Z-ONE (Non-RGB) memory kits are also available for around £80 for a 2x8GB 3600MHz kit. These deals can be found at eBuyer.
