EA reveals Burnout Paradise Remastered for PC, PS4 and Xbox One

Burnout Paradise Remastered will launch on PC next week

EA and Criterion Games has announced that Burnout Paradise Remastered will release on PC on Tuesday, August 21st, giving PC gamers access to the full-fat Burnout Paradise experience for the first time.

With this release, PC gamers will be greeted with higher resolution textures, enhanced shadows and other graphical boosts alongside every piece of DLC that is available for the original game, including Big Surf Island, a console-exclusive DLC that was never released for the PC original.

Origin Access users can access a free 10-hour trial version of the game right now, with subscribers to EA’s premium Origin Access Premiere service will gain access to the full game starting today. The PC release of Burnout Paradise Remastered comes six months after the release of the console versions.

The PS4 Pro and Xbox One X versions of this game are reported to run at a full 4K resolution at 60FPS, which should make the remaster extremely easy on modern PC hardware, especially for users who own standard 1080p displays or 1440p monitor.
