Devil May Cry HD Collection has been announced for PC, Xbox One and PS4

Capcom has confirmed their plans to release the Devil May Cry HD Collection on PC, Xbox One and PS4 on March 13th, 2018. This collection will come with Devil May Cry 1, 2 and 3: Special Edition, making this the first time that the first two games in the series have been available on PC.

Devil May Cry 4 and Ninja Theory’s DMC will not be included as part of this collection, with Capcom stating that all three of the included games will support 60FPS framerates. At this time it is unknown what other additional visual enhancements will be available as part of this HD collection.

Devil May Cry 3: Special Edition is already available to purchase on Steam, but sadly this version of the game lacks decent keyboard/mouse control options and offers some lacklustre gamepad support, making this version of the game very difficult to play when compared to its more modern counterparts. Hopefully, this HD re-release will fix the issues that are present in the game’s original PC version, as well as add some visual enhancements for modern systems.

In the US the Devil May Cry HD collection is set to cost $29.99 in the US. No UK or EU price has been announced at this time. Capcom is also rumoured to be working on Devil May Cry 5, though this has not been officially confirmed by the publisher.
