Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 PC system requirements and PC Demo release date

Konami has officially released the PC system requirements of Pro Evolution Soccer 2019, which is set to release on August 30th and will continue to use the publisher’s well-received Fox Engine, which was most famously used in Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

Before the game’s official release, Pro Evolution Soccer 2019 will receive a demo on PC, Xbox One and PS4, which will release on August 8th. This demo will include twelve teams, support for the PES 2019’s online Quick Match mode and several offline exhibition matches.

Alongside this announcement, Konami has confirmed that improved shooting motion and animations will allow PES 2019 to look better than ever on all platforms. The PC version of the game will be available exclusively on Steam.

Below are the game’s PC system requirements, which see a significant uplift in both GPU and to a lesser extent CPU requirements. Konami’s CPU recommendations are raised to higher clocked models than the game’s 2018 outing, while the game’s minimum GPU requirements have risen from a GTX 650 from PES 2018 to a GTX 670 for PES 2019.

Strangely, the game’s minimum requirements list a resolution of 720p while the game’s recommended requirements list a resolution of 1080p. This is odd as both selected graphics cards for the game’s minimum and recommended system requirements are extremely similar, with the GTX760 and GTX 670 operating on the same GK104 silicon. AMD’s HD 7870 also offers exceptionally similar performance to AMD’s R9 270X. The difference in system requirements could be explained away using the VRAM requirements of both graphics cards, though that doesn’t negate the fact that both cards from the Nvidia and AMD sides offer almost identical levels of compute performance.

MINIMUM: (Resolution – 720p)

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 7 SP1/8.1/10 – 64bit

DirectX: Version 11
Storage: 30 GB available space

RECOMMENDED: (Resolution – 1080p)

Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
OS: Windows 7 SP1/8.1/10 – 64bit
