TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue is coming to Steam

Krome Studios has announced that TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue will be coming to Steam sometime in 2017, not long after the official release of the TY the Tasmanian Tiger from Steam early access.

Right now the Original TY has received overwhelmingly positive reviews on Steam, bringing a high-quality PC port of this PS2-era game to the PC platform.

TY The Tasmanian Tiger released on Steam in March 2016 on Steam Early Access, with an official release in December of the same year. During the game’s time on Early Access, the developers worked to fix bugs, improve game performance and offer several new features like 60FPS support, HD visuals and textures and updated graphical features.

Right now, Krone Studios plans on releasing TY the Tasmanian Tiger 2: Bush Rescue using the same Early Access model, though the developers have not announced an official release date for the title.

Krone Studios has also announced that they plan to offer a discount on this new titles for owners of the original TY The Tasmanian Tiger on Steam. Below are the studio’s development plans for the game on Steam Early Access, working to ensure that the game will be feature complete and fully playable at launch.

  •   Our current plan is to progress with the release in the same fashion as we did for TY1, with an Early Access release, followed by updates to fix issues, polling the users for ideas for how to improve the game (and for achievements ideas and the like) and implementing those, improving the art.

We are endeavouring to ensure that the very first build of the game in Early Access will be 100% completable (it just might have a few crashes and issues along the way), the same as TY1 was.
