Razer updates their 14-inch Blade notebooks with Kaby Lake CPUs

Razer has updated their new 14-inch Blade notebooks with Kaby Lake CPUs, offering boost clock speeds that are 300MHz/8.5% higher and faster 2400MHz memory (previous version used 2133MHz).

While these updated may seem small, it must be remembered that these clock speed increases have been achieved with no additional heat/power consumption on the notebook, while offering additional performance. These performance increases will have a more noteworthy effect than on desktop platforms,  as notebook CPUs typically run at much lower clock speeds than their desktop counterparts.

This notebook will also be powered by a Nvidia GTX 1060 on the GPU side, with both 1080p and 4K touch screen options, with the 4K screen option replacing the 3200×1800 touchscreen option from Razer’s 2016 Blade notebook.
