Antec unveils its Vortex View CPU Liquid Cooler

Expect to see the next generation of Antec liquid cooling at Computex 2025

Antec has officially unveiled its new Vortex View CPU cooler, something that Antec’s CEO, Frank Lee, calls “a natural evolution of what performance cooling should be.” With this cooler, Antec promises “total flexibility – without compromising thermal performance.”

With this cooler comes a 5-inch IPS display with an “addressable backglow”. The cooler is controllable using Antec’s new iUnity software platform. This allows user to control this cooler’s display, lighting, fan speeds, pump speeds and more. The software will also control future Antec products, creating a larger Antec product ecosystem. Note that this cooler is Antec’s first iUnity product.

Users can adjust the screen on the Vortex View to suit their needs. It supports 360-degree rotation and can showcase real-time performance metrics, videos, images, and more.

For now, Antec is keeping many details about its Vortex View CPU cooler secret. More will be revealed at Computex 2025. Antec is promising ARGB fans that are optimised for airflow and silence. They are also saying that their design is “performance first”, suggesting that their AIO’s large screen is a secondary aspect.

If Antec’s new AIO’s performance matches its looks, PC builders have a lot to be excited about. We expect to see a lot of new CPU Liquid coolers at Computex, as recently expired Asetek patents have opened the doors to third-party innovation. However, it’s unknown what technology is behind Antec’s new liquid cooler. Is it a custom Antec design, or a 3rd party pump?
