Most of be quiet's air and liquid coolers now ship with reworked mounting kits
be quiet! has confirmed that most of their CPU coolers will now ship with LGA1700 compatible mounting kits out of the box, enabling out-of-the-box support for Intel's Alder Lake series processors and next-generation Raptor Lake series CPUs.
In the coming months, more be quiet! CPU coolers will be updated to support LGA1700 CPUs and motherboards out of the box. Silent Loop 2 series CPU liquid coolers will ship with LGA1700 mounting kits this summer, and Pure Rock Slim 2 CPU coolers will be updated to support LGA 1700 in the coming months. LGA 1700 upgrade kits also remain available for supported CPU coolers from be quiet.

Press Release - be quiet! Adds Out-of-the-box LGA1700 Support to Most Coolers
be quiet!, the German manufacturer for premium PC components, is announcing that as of today, almost all air and liquid coolers in its portfolio are shipping out with a reworked mounting kit that offers full support for Intel’s LGA 1700 socket.
Since last year, be quiet! supports most of its CPU cooler portfolio with LGA 1700 mounting kits. Customers who provide proof of ownership of a compatible be quiet! cooler and motherboard or CPU receive the mounting kits free of charge. Almost all of these coolers now come with full LGA 1700 support out of the box. The list includes the following models:
- Dark Rock Pro 4
- Dark Rock 4
- Dark Rock Slim
- Dark Rock TF 2
- Shadow Rock 3
- Shadow Rock Slim 2
- Shadow Rock LP
- Pure Rock 2
- Pure Loop
All Silent Loop 2 models will be shipped with the upgraded mounting kits in the summer. be quiet! will continue offering separate LGA 1700 mounting kits for the models listed above to customers that need them.
be quiet! has also decided to rework its Pure Rock Slim 2 cooler to include LGA 1700 compatible mounting. The reworked mounting system utilizes a push-pin system and will be implemented in the coming months. be quiet! will offer upgrade kits for existing Pure Rock Slim 2 coolers as well.
