EK Water Blocks launches their EK-AIO 280 D-RGB CPU Cooler

EK has just launched its EK-AIO 280 D-RGB All-in-One (AIO) Liquid Cooler, adding a new option to their EK-AIO D-RGB lineup which features a larger 280mm radiator, dual 140mm Vardar S fans and support for Addressable RGB lighting on the unit’s fans and water block. 

Previously, EK offered this style of Closed-Loop Liquid Cooler (CLC) with 240mm and 360mm radiator sizes and 120mm fans, leaving a gap in their lineup for a 280mm option. The EK-AIO 280 D-RGB is a great all-rounder design which offers almost as much radiator area as EK’s 360mm option while also boasting support for a larger number of PC cases. 

As part of the EK-AIO D-RGB series, EK fans will already know that the series offers users a great pump design that remains very quiet under load. The unit also is designed to support all major motherboard sockets, including AM4, LGA 1200, LGA 2066 and LGA 1150. The RGB illuminated fans, and CPU block can also be controlled using 3-pin 5V RGB headers, such as those on most modern RGB compatible motherboards. EK’s hardware also supports motherboard-specific RGB software suites like ASUS’ Aura Sync, Gigabyte’s RGB Fusion, MSI’s Mystic Light and ASRock’s Polychrome Sync RGB.
