At Computex 2026, Hyte has released its “most accessible case yet”: the $99 Y50 RGB Essential Aesthetic Case. With four included ARGB fans, back-connect motherboard support, and support for up to two 360mm radiators, HYTE’s giving PC builders a lot of case for their money.
The idea behind the Y50 is simple: to deliver as much case as possible for under $100. For that, users get four 120mm ARGB fans, a three-piece panoramic glass window, and a choice of five colour options. These are Snow White, Pitch Black, Black Cherry, Strawberry Milk, and Taro Milk.
Three of this case’s 120mm fans are part of a 360mm single-frame fan that uses reverse-blade fans. This maximises the Y50’s aesthetic appeal and highlights its value. After all, there’s no shortage of brands that charge a premium for single-frame RGB fan setups.

Out of the box, the new Y50 supports motherboards up to EATX in size, and supports back-connect motherboards like ASUS BTF, MSI Project Zero (PZ), and Gigabyte’s Stealth series. The case also supports up to two 120mm fans at the base for extra GPU cooling (up to 32mm thick). This makes this PC case well suited to PC gaming.
Honestly, the HYTE Y50 is a great case for today’s PC market. It offers a premium aesthetic at an excellent price and will be a great option for PC builders who want a high-end look on a budget.
