Lian Li has announced their DK-05 desk/chassis hybrid

Lian Li has officially revealed their new DK-05 desk/PC chassis hybrid, coming with a sexy tempered glass finish and enough space inside for two water cooled EATX systems.

This desk will also release with full height adjustability, with motorised adjustment from 69cm to 118cm in height. In terms of desk space, this colossus offers a 140cm x 78cm or real estate, which is more than enough for a large multi-monitor setup.

For both systems inside this case/desk, there will be front facing VR-ready HDMI ports, a USB 3.1 Type-C header and dual USB 3.0 ports, with dedicated power and dials to adjust the case's RGB illumination. On the right-hand side of the chassis, there will also be a single 5.25-inch drive bay for use with optical media.

Inside this chassis, there will be enough room for a single 420mm radiator and three 360mm radiators,  allowing both systems inside to be liquid cooled with ease. The chassis will also come with three mounts for pumps and enough space for 4x 3.5-inch drive bays and dual 2.5-inch drive bays per system.

At this time Lian Li has no announced the pricing or release date of this new chassis, though it is expected to hit retail before the end of the summer.

Peace
...aaaaaand as we all know by Lian Li, this desk will cost more than the 2 machines you're going to put inside of it. To be fair, though, such desks are always expensive.Quote

Firedrops
Those 2 anorexic sticks do NOT inspire confidence to the sturdiness, table's probably gonna wobble with every keystroke.Quote

These should honestly be cheaper. Yeah it has a cool factor but really a moving desk that is deep and has clear glass on top is not really that expensive.Quote

The pricing will be utterly unreasonable tho.Quote

I'd love to have one of these but the lack of ledge space for clamping monitor arms makes other motorized standing desks a bit more attractive.

Annoying that they don't just give us the price up front but whatever.Quote
