Phanteks goes Matrix-crazy at CES 2026
Phanteks unveils its “Matrix Series” with two new PC case options
Phanteks has launched its new Matrix Series of PC cases at CES 2026, bringing intelligent LED displays to its premium case models to give them some extra flair. The Nexlinq App will power these new Matrix displays, delivering real-time control with a minimal performance cost. Phanteks claims that the app will use less than 3% of CPU resources at all times.
Two Matrix series case models were unveiled at CES 2026. The first is the Evolv X2 Matrix, a new variant of the Evolv Series X2 (which we reviewed here). This case will feature a 900-LED matrix display. The Evolv X2 Matrix will be priced at £179.90/$199.99/€199.90 and available in Charcoal Black and Grey White.
Evolv X2 Matrix Key Features:

XT View Matrix
Next, we have the XT View Matrix, a new, upgraded version of the XT View. It now has a 600-LED Matrix display that’s hidden behind a woven fabric layer. This gives the Matrix display an appealing, albeit stylised look. The XT View Matrix will be priced at £104.90/$119.99/€119.90 and available in Charcoal Black and Grey White.
