Arctic confirms all their LGA1700 coolers support Intel’s next-gen LGA-1851 Arrow Lake CPUs
Arctic confirms that all of their current-generation CPU coolers support Intel’s new LGA-1851 CPU socket
Arctic has re-issued its guarantee that all its existing LGA-1700 CPU coolers will support Intel’s upcoming LGA-1851 CPU socket. This means that Arctic is ready for Intel’s upcoming Core Ultra 200 series “Arrow Lake” CPUs.
Furthermore, Arctic has confirmed that all CPU coolers purchased from October 2023 onwards will support Intel’s new CPU socket. This means that anyone who has recently purchased an Arctic cooler will be able to upgrade to Intel’s newest CPU socket with ease. This applies to the company’s CPU liquid cooling solutions, as well as their air-based heatsinks.
According to current information, the mechanical dimensions remain unchanged. Regardless, ARCTIC has assured customers since last year that all coolers purchased from October 23 onwards will support the new socket.
ARCTIC customers can therefore switch to the new system without any worries and can always rely on the highest performance and maximum service.
Arctic has confirmed that Intel’s LGA 1700 and 1851 sockets feature the same mechanical dimensions for CPU cooler support. This means that all LGA 1700 CPU coolers should support Intel’s upcoming Core Ultra 200 Arrow Lake CPUs. This should be true regardless of your CPU cooler’s brand. If it supports LGA-1700, it should support LGA-1851.
Earlier this year, we reviewed Arctic’s Liquid Freezer III 360mm and 420mm CPU liquid coolers. You can read this review here.
