Corsair’s new XENEON 27QHD240 OLED is an HDR gaming monster

Today, Corsair has revealed their new XENEON 27QHD240 OLED gaming monitor, a 240Hz OLED monitor that has a resolution of 2560×1440 (1440p) and a screen size of 27 inches.

Corsair’s new XENEON 27QHD240 OLED gaming monitor utilises a lot of cutting-edge technologies, offering gamers a 3rd generation OLED panel with META Technology featuring Micro Lens Array (MLA). This high-end OLED panel from LG offers users enhanced brightness levels for every pixel, delivering brighter highlights than other OLED displays while maintaining their super deep blacks.

With their XENEON 27QHD240 OLED, Corsair boasts strong burn-in protections and a Zero Burn-In warranty. On top of this, Corsair’s latest gaming screen promises users ultra-fast 0.03ms response times and 0.01ms pixel on/off times. These characteristics enable extremely low levels of motion blur, making this screen ideal for gamers, especially when combined with this monitor’s NVIDIA G-SYNC and AMD FreeSync Premium support. 

Sadly, Corsair has not revealed the pricing of this new high-end OLED gaming monitor, though we can expect it to be expensive. The screen is due to launch in May 2023, so expect to hear more about this monitor before then.
