Intel Arrow Lake CPU pricing leaks through UK retailer
More expensive than Raptor Lake? Intel Arrow Lake CPU pricing leaks through LambdaTek
As @ghost_motley discovered, the UK components retailer LambdaTek has leaked early pricing for Intel’s upcoming next-generation CPUs. While we cannot confirm that these pricing levels of Intel Arrow Lake CPUs are legitimate, they suggest that Intel’s new processors won’t be much more expensive than their current-gen counterparts.
Tom’s Hardware has calculated that these prices give Intel’s next-generation CPUs a 3-8% price increase over their predecessors. Currently, the performance details of these CPUs remain unknown. That means that we cannot comment on their relative value compared to Raptor Lake.
Intel’s next-generation Arrow Lake CPUs will reportedly launch next month alongside new LGA-1851 motherboards. This allows Intel to make sweeping changes to its entire CPU platform offerings. That could mean more PCIe connectivity on motherboards, faster DDR5 memory support, and new/better CPU core designs.

If these Intel Arrow Lake prices are legitimate, it is good to see that Intel is not increasing its pricing dramatically. With high inflation in recent years, these pricing levels could be seen as a price drop in real terms. Regardless, what remains to be seen is the performance of these CPUs. That is what will ultimately define their value in the eyes of users.
