The specifications for Intel's upcoming Kaby Lake series Xeon server CPUs have been released, revealing four different SKUs, two of which come without hyperthreading.
 
All of these new Intel E3 v6 series server CPUs are listed below, all of which feature 8MB of L3 cache and come with TDPs of 73W or under. The 73W variants will all come with an integrated Intel HD630 series GPU, with the remainder coming with no integrated graphics solution.  
 
The frequencies of the CPUs below are expected to be boost clock speeds, though at this time this is unconfirmed. Intel is expected to officially reveal these CPUs soon, alongside updated motherboards using a new version of Intel's C232 chipset.

In recent years Intel's Xeon E3 series of CPUs have been popular amongst budget oriented gamers, typically offering performance that is similar to Intel's i5 or i7 series CPUs while coming with a lower MSRP. Hopefully, these new CPUs will continue to come with attractive pricing, 

Hopefully, these new CPUs will continue to come with attractive pricing and affordable motherboard offerings, as otherwise, these new CPUs will have little to offer over Intel's Kaby Lake and 200-series offerings, apart from ECC memory support.
