AMD’s preparing themselves for their November 8th Accelerated Data Center keynote, where their CEO, Lisa Su, and their Senior VP and GM of Server Business Unit, Dan McNamara, and Senior VP and GM of Datacenter and Embedded Solutions Business Group, Forrest Norrod plan to reveal the company’s latest product innovations and showcase how they will impact future datacenters.

AMD will be showcasing their latest EPYC processors and Instinct series accelerators, and their streamed event will be starting at 4 PM GMT. Since this event is datacenter focused, we do not expect to see any new Ryzen or Radeon series CPUs or graphics cards at the event. That said, some of AMD’s new technological innovations may be applicable to future Ryzen and Radeon products.

Below is what AMD has to say about their event.

AMD (NASDAQ: AMD) will host its Accelerated Data Center Premiere on November 8, 2021 at 11 a.m. ET, showcasing the company’s upcoming innovations with AMD EPYC™ processors and AMD Instinct™ accelerators.

The virtual event is slated to feature presentations from AMD President and CEO Dr. Lisa Su, Senior Vice President and General Manager, Data Center and Embedded Solutions Business Group Forrest Norrod, and Senior Vice President and General Manager, Server Business Unit Dan McNamara.

The event will be accessible to the public at www.amd.com/en/events/data-center starting at 11 a.m. ET. A replay will be available and can be accessed after the conclusion of the livestream event.

AMD’s Accelerated Data Center will showcase the company as a major player within the enterprise market, competing with the likes of Nvidia and Intel favourably in many workloads. That said, only time will tell if AMD can become more successful in this market. We expect AMD to discuss their Infinity Fabric technology, V-Cache technology for server processors and other datacenter innovations.
