AMD releases their Radeon Software 18.11.1 driver for Hitman 2, Battlefield V and Fallout 76Â
AMD has officially released their Radeon Software 18.11.1 driver, offering users of Radeon graphics cards game-specific optimisations for Hitman 2, Battlefield V and Fallout 76.Â
Battlefield V players will be glad to know that AMD’s latest edition of Radeon Software will offer an 8% performance boost at 1080p on a Radeon RX Vega 64 and a 9% performance boost on AMD’s RX 580, delivering gamers a significant performance boost.Â
In Hitman 2, AMD’s latest driver will offer a £% performance boost on AMD’s RX 580 graphics card at 1080p and sadly AMD’s driver team has provided no performance data for their Fallout 76 game optimisations, likely due to the game’s online nature, which makes benchmarking runs difficult to recreate.
Â
With this driver update, AMD has also implemented several bug fixes, addressing issues with AMD’s Radeon overlay tool on systems with Microsoft’s Windows 10 October Update, crashes in Assassin’s Creed: Origins on Windows 7-based systems and crashes in Strange Brigade’s DirectX 12 mode.Â
