Full specifications for the Nvidia GeForce RTX 5070 SUPER graphics card have leaked, unveiling major upgrades for the mid-range GPU lineup.
kopite7kimi, a well-regarded GPU leaker, has unveiled the memory and core specifications of Nvidia’s RTX 5070 replacement. Based on these specifications, Nvidia’s new SUPER GPU will feature 3GB GDDR7 memory modules, providing the company’s refreshed RTX 5070 with 18GB of memory capacity. That’s a 50% memory upgrade!
Nvidia’s RTX 5070 SUPER isn’t just getting a memory upgrade; it also has an enhanced GPU core. With 6400 CUDA cores, Nvidia’s new GPU has 256 more CUDA cores than its predecessor. This is a 4.1% increase in CUDA core count. Nvidia’s new GPU also features a TGP of 275W. This gives Nvidia’s RTX 5070 SUPER 25 watts of additional power to play with. This could mean that Nvidia’s new GPU may feature higher clock speeds than its non-SUPER counterpart.

Currently, it is unknown when Nvidia plans to release its RTX 5070 SUPER graphics card. It is likely that Nvidia will refresh its RTX 50 series GPU lineup in early 2026, one year after Nvidia’s initial RTX 50 series launch. Most GPUs in this lineup should feature stronger memory configurations, making Nvidia’s RTX 50 series more attractive to creators and gamers alike.
