Nvidia RTX 50 SUPER GPU Specifications and Pricing Leak
Nvidia may end RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti production in October 2025
Specifications and pricing for Nvidia’s planned RTX 50 SUPER series GPUs have leaked, unveiling notable performance uplifts and increased VRAM capacities. Furthermore, Moore’s Law is Dead has claimed that Nvidia plans to end RTX 5080 and RTX 5070 Ti production in October, paving the way for Nvidia’s enhanced SUPER series GPU models.
With Nvidia’s RTX 50 SUPER GPUs, the company will provide users with more value for their money, thanks to increased GPU clock speeds and greater GDDR6 VRAM capacities. Nvidia’s RTX 5080 SUPER, RTX 5070 Ti SUPER, and RTX 5070 SUPER will all feature 50% more VRAM than their non-SUPER counterparts. Pricing is expected to be similar to Nvidia’s current RTX 50 series GPU lineup.
Nvidia are reportedly planning to launch their RTX 50 SUPER series GPUs in Q4 2025. However, there is speculation that Nvidia’s RTX 5080 SUPER may be delayed to let Nvidia use faster 36 Gbps GDDR7 memory.

Leaked RTX 50 SUPER Pricing and Specifications
For the most part, Nvidia’s RTX 50 SUPER series GPUs are overclocked forms of their predecessors with higher power limits and 3GB GDDR7 memory chips. This is because Nvidia’s RTX 5070 Ti SUPER and RTX 5080 SUPER GPUs are rumoured to have the same CUDA core counts as their predecessors. That said, clock speed increases and higher power budgets will still deliver boosted performance.
Only Nvidia’s RTX 5070 SUPER will receive an increased CUDA core count alongside its memory and TGP upgrades. That said, with only 256 more CUDA cores, the RTX 5070 SUPER only has 4% more CUDA cores than its non-SUPER counterpart.

As always, Nvidia’s RTX 50 SUPER series of graphics cards will give gamers more value. With this generation, that value will come from increased VRAM capacity and boosted clock speeds. One has to wonder if this will lead to the release of Nvidia-backed 4K texture packs for new PC games. After all, Nvidia will want to market these increased VRAM capacities.
