Nvidia RTX Titan Blackwell Exposed – 800W GPU Prototype Leaked
800W Nvidia Blackwell GPU Prototype Leaked – Is this the TITAN Blackwell?
An image of an alleged 800W Nvidia GPU prototype has leaked, suggesting that Nvidia is developing a GPU that’s better than its new RTX 5090. This GPU could be an RTX 5090 Ti or RTX TITAN Blackwell prototype, and its specifications are impressive.
At CES 2025, Nvidia revealed the full capabilities of their RTX Blackwell silicon. When we compared these specifications to Nvidia’s RTX 5090, Nvidia’s new GeForce flagship fell short. Nvidia has teased that they can create something better than their RTX 5090. This could be that graphics card.
With 24,576 CUDA cores, this new GPU has 12.94% more CUDA cores than Nvidia’s RTX 5090. It also has GDDR7 memory, which is 14% faster than the memory included with Nvidia’s RTX 5090 (32 Gbps VS 28 Gbps). Add on this GPU’s higher base/boost GPU clock speeds, and this GPU could deliver the full potential of Nvidia’s Blackwell GPU silicon.

This GPU could be a planned Nvidia RTX TITAN Blackwell or an RTX 5090 Ti. In our opinion, it is a prototype TITAN GPU. With a TGP of 800W, this GPU uses two 12V-2×6 connectors for power. With this level of power draw, this graphics card will need a larger cooling solution than their RTX 5090.

One thing is certain: Nvidia can build an RTX TITAN GPU based on its RTX Blackwell silicon. Will they? That remains to be seen. This leak makes it clear that Nvidia has or is considering this possibility. If Nvidia releases this GPU, it will be expensive. Nvidia’s RTX 5090 already has an MSRP of $1999. How much would a Blackwell TITAN cost? Our guess is $3,499.
