PowerColor reveals the specifications of its Radeon RX 9060 XT range
PowerColor has officially revealed its Radeon RX 9060 XT range of graphics cards, confirming the clock speeds and specifications of all of its models. PowerColor’s RX 9060 XT range can be split into the company’s Hellhound and Reaper product lines. PowerColor’s RX 9060 Reaper features a two-fan cooling solution and will be available in 8GB and 16GB forms. The RX 9060 XT Hellhound features a 3-fan cooler and will be available in 16GB and 8GB forms. Note that the 16GB RX 9060 XT Hellhound will be available in (standard) black and Spectral White.
All of PowerColor’s RX 9060 XT models will be powered using a single 8-pin PCIe power connector. All models also feature three display outputs. This includes two DisplayPort outputs and one HDMI 2.1 output.

PowerColor RX 9060 XT Series Specifications
Most of PowerColor’s RX 9060 XT range features a significant factory overclock over AMD’s reference clock speeds. Only PowerColor’s baseline RX 9060 XT Reaper 8GB model features AMD’s reference clock speeds. Note that this GPU’s 16GB model features a boost clock speed that is 100 MHz higher than AMD’s reference speeds.
In OC mode, PowerColor’s Hellhound RX 9060 XT GPUs feature “Game” clock speeds that are 210 MHz higher than AMD’s reference speeds. That’s an 8.3% increase in clock speed over AMD’s reference specifications.

Pricing and availability
AMD’s Radeon RX 9060 XT will become available on June 5th. Sadly, PowerColor has not unveiled the pricing of its newest RDNA 4 products. AMD has set the MSRP of its 8GB RX 9060 XT at $299. The 16GB model has a suggested retail price (MSRP) of $349. We expect PowerColor’s Reaper series GPUs to target AMD’s MSRP price, and their Hellhound series GPUs to be priced slightly higher. AMD has no plans to release an MBA (Made by AMD) Radeon RX 9060 XT GPU model.
