Sapphire teases triple-fan Radeon RX 9070 XT Pulse GPU

Sapphire teases their second RDNA 4-based Pulse graphics card

Sapphire has released another Pulse-themed GPU teaser. The company has showcased a triple-fan graphics card this time, suggesting that this new Sapphire GPU may be their Radeon RX 9070 XT Pulse.

Sapphire’s Pulse series is typically the company’s lower-end GPU series. As such, we do not expect these new Pulse series GPUs to be Sapphire’s fastest RDNA 4 series graphics cards. Typically, Sapphire’s Nitro+ series GPUs are their fastest.

At this time, we can only speculate about Sapphire’s plans for RDNA 4. Perhaps, Sapphire plans to use their triple-fan cooler with their RX 9070 XT model, with their dual-fan heatsink being for their lower-power/performance RX 9070. After all, Sapphire’s dual-fan heatsink’s shroud doesn’t match any of their RDNA 3-based RX 7000 series Pulse GPU designs.

We expect Sapphire to officially reveal their RX 9070 series Pulse graphics cards in the near future. This may be after AMD’s official RDNA 4 GPU reveal, where AMD plans to dive deep into their new graphics architecture and release full specifications for their upcoming GPUs.
