The console version of the Division does not have a PC like options menu

The console version of the Division will not have a PC like graphical options menu, unlike what was previously promised by Ubisoft developers, meaning that console gamers will not be able to choose between better lighting or a higher framerate.

This means that both Console versions of the game will be stuck playing at 1080p 30FPS, with the Xbox one requiring Dynamic resolution scaling to even maintain that. This is very disappointing given the fact that console gamers were promised more.

It’s actually great that we’ve given the option to disable certain lighting aspects to improve frame rate in the console version, which I don’t know if any other game does that. So if you want to choose frame rate over, like, visuals you can if you want.

It is a real shame that this promise to Console gamers has not been kept, leaving console gamers no choice but to play the game as it is.
