AMD will launch Radeon 300 series GPUs during E3

Swedish tech site SweClockers has stated that AMD has forbidden partners to show any Radeon 300 series GPUs during Computex 2015. AMD is reportedly planning their own special event for the PC Gaming Show during E3 2015.

A countdown has started at the official PC Gaming Show website has started, ticking down to June 16th, which is the date the event starts. It's said that the cards may launch that day too.

If it's true, and AMD has forbidden partners to present any 300 series GPUs, that would mean that the only new card that will be revealed at Computex 2015 will be the GTX 980 Ti, which is disappointing.

We at OC3D will inform you as soon as any new information on the Radeon 300 series GPUs will be available.

Well if rumor is true then AMD will loose sales to the 980ti... That is unfortunate but those in the market for a new GPU would be smart to hold on till the release of the 300 cards, whats 2 more weeks of waiting?Quote

So based off a rumor the 980ti is going to sell more?? Right... Based off a rumor i'll win a brand new Porsche 911 GT3.

There's no point in upgrading right now. Everyone just needs to wait. Most people aren't smart with their money though nowadays.Quote
