ASUS has today announced that they will be releasing their upcoming Designo Curve MX34VQ Ultra-wide 3440x1440 display on March 20th at a price of £749.99 in the UK.

This display will sport a screen size of 34-inches, VESA adaptive-sync (FreeSync) support between refresh rates of 48Hz and 100Hz and an 1800R radius curvature. This display will use a VA-type panel and supports 95% of the sRGB colour spectrum, with support for booth HDMI 2.0 and DisplayPort 1.2 connections.

As a professional-grade display, the Designo series offers a cleaner more industrial aesthetic than their ASUS ROG Swift series equivalents, with a dark grey aesthetic and a built-in Qi wireless charger which is built into the base. This display won the "CES 2017 innovation award" and will offer support for a selection of visual enhancement modes and gaming oriented features.
