Alongside the announcement of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare Activision has also announced a current generation remaster of Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare, promising currnet generation visuals, HDR lighting and revamped animations and audio.

The new version of Call of Duty Modern Warfare will be coming with every pre-order of Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare, though the remaster is expected to also be released separately. The new version of the game will be made by Raven Software, an activision owned developer that previously worked on Call of Duty free-to-play, a game that was only available to the asian market.  

The multiplayer component of Call of Duty Modern Warfare Remastered will only contain 10 of the best Multiplayer maps from the original release.

Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare will release on November 4th on PC, Xbox One and PS4.

Once it releases by itself, pretty sure people will end up playing that game more than the new oneQuote

I doubt they are going to release it separately.

They will charge more for the 2 games knowing most people only want it for COD4 remastered.

I think that if they was sold separately the space COD would flop and they know this.
