Darksiders II, Saints Row 3 Going DRM-Free with GOG

GOG, formerly known as Good Old Games, has recently has been building itself up to finally take on Steam with it's DRM Free Galaxy Client and now has made some deals with publishers to bring yet more games to the platform.

The new Publishers to GOG are Deep Silver and and Nordic Games, which have so far delivered Metro: Last Light Redux and Saint Row 2 and The Third and Darksiders 1 and 2 to the service and it is great to see publishers supporting this DRM Free service, especially with relatively recent titles like Metro: Last Light Redux

Up until the 18th of May these titles will have price reductions ranging from -50% to -67% making most of these titles a simple bargain, especially given the fact that they have no restrictive DRM to speak of.

Hopefully GOG will continue to grow and be a positive influence on the gaming community.

They are the only service where I know that all their games will actually work.

They should rebrand themselves as "Gamers Own Games", as they are the only service where gamers can actually keep playing their games if GOG goes under.Quote
