Deus Ex: Mankind Divided's Direct 12 Patch is out now, allowing gamers that use modern GPUs to gain some additional in-game performance.

Those who are looking to play the game in DirectX 12 will need to right clock on Deus Ex: Mankind Divided in their Steam Library, select properties and then select the Beta tab. From here players can select the dx12_preview from the drop down menu. After this, the game will download a 77MB update to enable DirectX 12.

The DirectX 12 patch does not currently support multi-GPU configurations and will not offer performance benefits for all systems.

DirectX 12 offers no graphical improvements to Deus Ex Mankind Divided, so gamers should revert to DirectX 11 if they run into any issues.
