DirectX 12 3DMARK Benchmark Showcased

A new DirectX 12 benchmark has been showcased by Futuremark at a Galax event in China. Are you ready for some DirectX12 benchmarking with a new 3DMARK?

Right now the question that everyone is asking is if Nvidia or AMD perform the best under the new DirectX 12 API, which is always something that is very difficult to predict at this early stage of the game, where very few DirectX 12 games or benchmarks have been released.

Futuremark is easily one of the most trusted names in the benchmarking world, providing us reviewers with reliable and unbiased tools for which to review and compare the latest hardware regardless of the manufacturer. Below is a quick look at their new "Time Spy" DirectX 12 Benchmark, which is expected to launch early next year.

Lol, I have called them biased ever since they added weight to the score for Physx. It's still good for comparing to the same manufacturer.Quote

Don't do that, it was simply that nvidia sponsored the event nothing more.

Oh and the logo you don't recognise is the Galax - Galaxy logo.

Ya I noticed that too.. "unbiased" as the article says and I load the video and a big ol' Nvidia logo
Now it doesn't mean they will favor Nvidia but it sure doesn't seem neutral. If they had AMD and Nvidia that would be a good sign imoQuote
