EK has announced their new full cover water block for Nvidia's new Pascal powered GTX Titan X GPU. This new water block will be available in all of EK's standard versions with Nickel plated or copper blocks and an Acrylic or black acetal top.

This water block has been designed specifically for Nvidia's new GTX Titan X GPU, cooling all of the GPUs major components from the GPU core itself to the memory, VRMs and other critical areas.

The Acetal variants of this block will come with 2 3mm LED holes for the LED illumination, allowing this water block to be illuminated in the colour the user wishes. A full backplate for this GPU will also be available in black, Nickel, Blue, Gold and Red.

A full cover backplate for this GPU will also be available in black, Nickel, Blue, Gold and Red. This backplate will provide passive cooling for the GPUs memory and VRMs.

Now why couldnt nVidia just stick with the old layout since they are reusing the name. Could at least avoid some of the confusion with purchasing.Quote

It's a different line. You're thinking of the Nvidia GeForce GTX TITAN X. This is just the Nvidia TITAN X. One is marketed to gamers. The other is sort of marketed to pros and prosumers (but we know who else will be buying them.)

It's not Nvidia's fault the public is easily confused.

It's also probably for another reason not a lot of people think about: Purchase Orders from system builders and big companies.

So you want more TITAN X's? Well, here ya go. TITAN X.Quote
