FIFA 16 system requirements unveiled

Football-fans, unite! EA has just unveiled the system requirements of their upcoming football game, FIFA 16, and they are very manageable. I know there are a lot of football fans out there who are looking forward to the next installment in the highly popular FIFA-franchise, so without further ado, let's take a look.

 FIFA 16 system requirements unveiled

Recommended Specifications:

  • •OS: Windows 8/8.1/10 -64-bit
  • •CPU: Intel i5-2550K @ 3.4Ghz
  • •RAM: 8GB
  • •Hard Drive Space Required: 15.0 GB
  • •Supported Video Cards: ATI Radeon HD 6870, NVIDIA GTX 460
  • •DirectX: 11.0

Minimum Required Specifications:

  • •OS: Windows 7/8/8.1 -64-bit
  • •CPU: Intel Core i3-2100 @ 3.1GHz
  • •RAM: 4GB
  • •Hard Drive Space Required: 15.0 GB
  • •Minimum Supported Video Cards: ATI Radeon HD 5770, NVIDIA GTX 650
  • •DirectX: 11.0

Very manageable system requirements we think. Low system requirements like these might mean a good optimized port (or bad graphics, that's a possibility too). Still, it's nice to see low system requirements after the debacle that calls itself 'Batman: Arkham Knight'.

I've stopped having expectations on EA games. I'm just wondering what major feature they've removed this time.Quote

someone needs to make a FIFA or PES game that is PC oriented. Heavy on requirements but optimised. Proper humane figures, face characteristics. Ambient occlusion and generally speaking lighting. PhysX implementation etc To make the game lifelikeQuote

I have yet to play a FIFA game on the PC - only had them on PS3 before as I only played with a mate - no on line play.

Now I wonder if I should pick this up or how does the PC version play like as I would yet again only play it with a friend when he comes over - each with a 360 controler.Quote

I can vouch for Fifa on PC. A couple of years ago my 15 year old step daughter played it for a week straight. All day, every day. The management part is fun too Quote

I'd have a heart attack if Madden was released on PC. Haven't cared about FIFA since I played 09 on X360Quote
